Tool at turret stand / Translation

1.)
Started a new game, bought the tool belt, found the tool on the turret stand.
Tried "reset position", tool still there.

2.) Translation for the turret stand should be "Geschützturmständer" (singular, non seperated) instead of Geschütztürm*e* Ständer (plural & singular mixed, seperated).

Edit: Tool is gonne after moving to the back yard & back / placing a turret onto the stand

reset tools does not fix the issue? about the translation, copying your suggestion and will try to replace it

I already had the tool belt so i didn´t get an reset tool button to chose in the menu. Issue is gone, hasn´t appeared again. Mayby just some hickup
