There is a bug with the decals that prevents you from applying them to "dirty" tank. Reality is, your dirty parts and tank look actually quite nice. So we could apply decals to these. I would say it would get a thumbs up. You may also want to allow dirty tank to be re-coloured. So you can see for example dirty grey to dirty red. From rusty to dirty there appears to be a substantial amount of improvement to it's appearance.
