The 1.3.0 "update " is not an up date it is a dlc that is 2 usd more then the game :steamthumbsdown:

Actually, there is an 1.3.0.3 update. And the basic TMS is on -66% discount so thats why it's cheaper now.

does the 1.3.0.3 un-eff all of the things that the expansion royally screwed up? are you going to learn and not release things before they are ready?
