Hardware: 1080ti factory oc'ed, i7 6700. Tried both max settings, and bottom lowest ones. No change, Constant and persistent stuttering, making it absolutely frustrating to play.
Native res is 3440x1440 21:9 gsync monitor, but I'm also toying around with different resolutions and display ratios, with and without vsync (since the game does not have a manual FPS limiter). Still, same results no matter the scenario.
I've searched for a video for the game, and this video is the first result that pops on my YT.
https://youtu.be/skinp5pd3ss?t=194
At 3:14 the streamer notices there's kind of a stuttering, highly noticeable when side stepping.
He tries to fix it by tweaking some things but in the end he gives up as nothing has any significant change on it.
Seems more like something embed in the game engine itself. Goozy, any chance this gets investigated? This is the issue I was talking about.
Please send your save file and outputlog as we can use it to get to the bug faster:

Thank you.
Asking because somehow, when I launched this game, my 100hz monitor reverted back to 59,99.
When I closed the game, I fixed that, taking my monitor back to 100. Relaunched it and the stuttering became "a bit" less noticeable.
While now I can walk without feeling as if I was teleporting. the issue is still there, and it is super noticeable when fixing your aim/camera on an object, then strafing left/right. The borders of said object will "shake", causing a horrible effect when viewed.
I will once again experiment with 144 Hz since I now run on 60.
As you stand still and pan the camera (look around), it is perfectly smooth and a good experience. The issue appears as you "walk". Most apparent sideways (strafing) but also straight forward (not so bad). I'ts like things "come loose" and shake, causing a stuttering feeling even on high-end systems. If things can be improved in this "walking/moving" department, it would be really awesome. Good luck!
But, as I said, I play the game no matter what :)
