How do I repair parts?

I can remove rust, I can sandblast, and I can paint, but there doesn't seem to be a way to actually repair parts. I could buy new parts, but that makes removing rust/sandblasting redundant.

I've unlocked all the skills that are available in the demo and I don't see a workbench. I see plenty of upgrade areas, a stand to place the turret, and a crane to hold the engine, but no workbench.

Okay...So i DO have the repair table unlocked. All skills FULLY upgraded, but still cannot manually repair parts. I can only send them outsource for repiar. Why have the repiar table if you can't use it? At least car mech sim let you do that.....
