Problem with Liftoff Pro League Account

I have a problem with my liftoff account, all my score got reset and I am back to level 1. I tried to log in to my account and it says Unable to connect to liftoff service. The same situation with liftoff micro drones. What to do? Can you help me with this?

Hi

Thanks for the report. It looks like our multiplayer service provider is experiencing connectivity issues. At the time of writing, they have an outage from about 5 hours ago. We'll keep an eye on it and report back when we see they're online again.
