When I am on a map and say, pick a club, I can pick two Picklist windows. The one is the Song List and the Other is the Promotion List. When I hover I gain focus so I can manually scroll/select...etc. But if I have not actively worked with that list, picked it, I cannot use my mouse scroll wheel. It still uses the last selected window/picklist. It would be nice to hover and scroll with my mouse wheel with that be enough for the widow to grab focus without having to click.. It would flow smoother overall in the UI.
