Black screen at startup. Help?

I'm not even able to get to the main menu. I looked at some past threads on the subject, but neither reinstalling the game nor deleting the roaming appdata has worked for me. Are there any other fixes out there?

Tried making sure your graphics drivers and Direct X are up to date?

Yeah, that's all set. Onikakushi worked fine, too.

EDIT: I got it working now. It turns out it was an incorrectly-installed voice patch that was the issue.
