Food for Thought achievement
This is the only achievement that I haven't got, but I played through normally and looked at all tips. There's no information available on how to get this achievement. Have I missed something? Otherwise I'll just have to replay everything in Chapter 2 and hope it pops this time.

As far as I know, apart from the TIPS one, the achievements are tied to chapter completion, so you should have got it during normal play. Probably just a syncing issue.
