What level map are you trying?

Well, previously I tried it on nearly every act 2-3 map and it didn't work. However, I just turned on the game and randomly got it on "Hard Rain" level. That was weird to say the least but the problem seems to solved now. Anyway, thank you for your responce =)

Strange to imagine the situation but some players were having issues to understand this achievement and you only need is to like the achievement's description show as well is to sacrifice your last zombie alive, after succeeding the level. So instead clicking in Finish or walking toward next scene, simply use sacrifice in your only one zombie left ''unlive''.

It doesn't say that you need to finish the level in the achievement's description (at least in russian) and it didn't require me to finish the level when I got it. As far as I'm concerned it doesn't work if you sacrifice your initial group of zombies though.

Odd, I earned this achievement at the first patch versions back last year and only had to use sacrifice on last alive zombie I had before finishing the level after completing the objective.

This is a very old thread, but I was also having trouble unlocking the achievement. I can confirm that closing and opening the game fixed the problem and I instantly unlocked it in Heavy Rain by sacrificing the zombie at the very beginning of the level. Just in case anyone else also gets this problem.
