What to do with the dog tags?

I'm just done with the milk quest, which was beyond painful, but now I'm stuck at the dog tags part and I don't know what to do with them. Help please ? :)

You have to get 6 of them total then go to the military base and clear it out and it spawns the miltiary boss... after you beat him you can eat the dog tags and they give you some paltry stat ups...

After that, you go to the night club and fight Adam on the roof and that triggers the next chain of events....

Thanks man, they don't say enough about how to complete some of the quests. Like, how was I supposed to know I had to get 6 of them T.T.

WHY DO YOU NEED 6 DOG TAGS?! Who the ♥♥♥♥ is making all these ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ terrible game design choices? Especially after having to do the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ milk escort.

This game does a terrible job at player direction.

In case anyone is dumb like me and wanted to know if you have to keep them afterwards - no. You can just use them like consumables for a tiny stamina recovery.
