Graphics card not found

I've spent all morning attempting to solve this issue, and I've been looking for guides... there's a definite lack of solutions online. So far, I have attempted the following:
Uninstalling/reinstalling.
Disabling Radeon overlay.
Running the game in compatability mode for Windows 8.
Running the game with fullscreen optimization disabled.
And of course, repeated reboots in conjunction with said methods.

Please help!

Ok, I FOUND THE SOLUTION!
(Windows 10 running, Nvidia GeForce GTX 1660)

Go to game folder, where RCRU.exe is. Click right mouse button on it. Select PROPERTIES on menu. There, click on COMPATIBILITY tab: Select THIS box.

[V] Run in 640 x 480 screen resolution. THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT!

(I tried the first time with these too, but they are not necessary:)
[V] Run this program in compatibility mode for: [Windows XP (Service pack 3)] (Select this)

[V] Disable fullscreen optimizations.

[V] Run this program as adminstrator.

Voila'! PLAY THE GAME!! Generic Logitech F310 Controller and keyboard are working.
