If you don't just speed run everything and actually enjoy setting up farms and building at new base locations, it's got replay value, but the story itself is linear but on replay you might notice some Lore you didn't the first time around. Like just hearing what the Security guard says outside the Security Sector door at the start of the game when you have the context of knowing what's behind the Security Door hits different.
You can also try out new weapons you skipped over on previous playthroughs and try out new tactics.
