Is it possible to change the freight in a line?

I want to send a train from A to B with coal and then from B to C with coke as payload. Is this possible in a single line?

should be when the train gets unload at B so that is room for cargo for C

NOT possible, since coal and coke require different types of coaches. It would be possible if both cargo would require the same type of coach.

It is possible for a single train to carry multiple freights as long as it has the correct wagons.
I don't know what pak has "Coke" but I assume its "crates deliverables". Meanwhile coal is "Bulk".

So you must have a train that has both Crates Deliverables AND Bulk wagons. Only the appropriate wagons will be filled tho.

Example Train:
LOCOMOTIVE - 50 Bulk - 50 Bulk - 50 Crates Del - 50 Crates Del

On A-B the train will only carry 100 Bulk.
On B-C the train will only carry 100 Crates.
