Add-ons for paks?

Hey all, I am playing this again after years and years because I saw it was on Steam. I've always played with pak64, but I remember there being a grocery involving meat and milk, but I don't see that in the list of products. It says on the main page that there are add-ons to the paks, is that in one of the add-ons? How do you get them?

I believe pak64 food chain is what you are looking for http://sourceforge.net/projects/simutrans/files/pak64/120-4/simupak64-addon-food-120-4.zip/download

Do you think I should include this addon in the Steam release?

I've added pak64 food chain addons to the pak64 DLC :-)

Hmm, is there something else I need to do to get the new goods to show up? Just loading pak64 doesn't seem to do it, there's a greyed out button for "load with addons" but nothing I do seems to cause it to be enabled.

My bad, put them in the wrong folder. They should now be available, no need to press that button.

Thank you, they are showing up now!

I have a question, though - I see in the vehicles list that there are train cars for perishables and milk that should be available in 1930 but I do not see them in depots in my 1934 game, even if I sell and rebuy the depot. Does it not work to add the addon to an existing save?

Are you applying any filter perhaps?

Oh yes, that was the problem, thank you, the filter was set to "relevant", although I'm a little confused why the relevant filter was showing me cars for some things that I don't think even exist on that map yet at this point (but not milk and perishables).
