[122][default][128.german][Balance] newer Chemical Plant a lot more ineffective
Chemical Plant from 1886 is more efficient to produce Colors then the alot bigger and newer Chemical Plant from 1920 by same input.
Chemical Plant from 1886: 90% Color, 20% drugs
Chemical Plant 1920: only 30% Color, 20% drugs. (shouldn't it be at least the same or better or more drugs and less colors?)
