factory (default pak) settings:
* in Transit volume way too high
* dont stop requesting with way too full storage

Example:
Public House 12 barrels cider per month at 100%
3000/4 Storage 1000/7000 in transit/requested
lead time calc 80:00:00

real travel time less than a month so 6:00:00 for max 75 piece goods
so rightfull requested cider would be 12 barrels at a time or rather per month.

stops requesting at 6000/4
and then 50+years NO Shipment with possibility of closure. (6000/12/12 = 41.6years until empty)

pls fix this one year overtransport and 50 years nothing steps.
