*mean/avg. values in diagrams

be able to see the Lvl of factory or number of fields:
* Lvl <actual lvl>/<max lvl> for factories with upgrades.
* Fields <fieldnr>/<maxfieldnr> for factory that upgrade themseft by builing tiles.

Build menu:
* the production and consumption ratios listed

i know that site. but it isn't updodate or not always inline with the pak version released.
this site can't tell you what lvl your ingame market is right now and how many time it can be upgraded.
I would like to see if the old market (1800) has in the end more demand then the new market (1920). What i see currently in my game.(128.german)
