production going from 10 to 0
Hello, there's this one small coal mine shaft whose production keeps going to 10/428, then back down to 0/428, and it just continues like this without my train even touching it, what am I doing wrong? since there's one coal shaft which is normal on production

Train stations and factories have seperate storage spaces. The coal is probably being transferred to the train station, where it is stored until a vehicle collects it. The train station at the other coal shaft is probably full, which is why the coal stays in the shaft.

The amount before the slash is the one in storage at the factory. If there is demand and no overcrowded stations (i.e. it can be immediately delivered) this number will be between 0 and 10. As soon as it reaches 10 it will be dispatched.
