Freight Depots
I tried to send truck with coal to a train station where the train should transport the coal to a power plant. But the line doesnt accept the coal. Can i only send cargo direct without infrastructre centres?

You should be able to use Freight Depots, the important thing to make sure is that the Coal mine in question has a contract with the power plant you are trying to send the Coal too. To check this, inspect the Coal Mine and it should have a list of destinations for the Coal.
