Any further tips will have to wait till I get their myself sorry.
I managed to get 3/4 of the way there on normal, but ran out of healing.
Start off with your S-Craft, take damage, heal, do S-Craft again. Used a few items and normal attacks to save mana.

Bit close but the turn order is pretty predictable.
Does anything change if you win?
I quit out after losing the first time so I don't know what ya get if you fail.
Reward was 3000 mira, some item and a happy ending.
I think that healing to build CP may not be the most efficient method. It takes several Tearals (40 EP) between S Crafts. (And don't even bother with Teara, since it's half the EP for less than half the healing - waste of EP for such a tight battle) It could be worth trying to cast a Blue Ascension in there, somewhere. It's 80 EP for roughly 1800 damage versus 40 x however many uses for roughly 2700. I didn't bother trying to cast any of her other attack spells, since I felt the EP cost would simply be far too much.
Still, I can't imagine that I'd have come nearly as close on Nightmare. *shrug*
NG Nightmare is fun, honestly, though after I'm done I might try introducing an even worse difficulty, just for fun ;).
Use your S-Craft, and keep healing while basic-attacking. Try to only use Tearal, and only when you need 6500HP or more, because of limited EP. Try to keep above 5500HP whenever it's been a while since he used Enlightened Domination (and definitely before using your S-Craft). Whenever you reach 100CP, just blow your S-Craft.
...but there is no additional reward for beating him, other than the change in a few lines of dialogue afterwards.
Of note, he did get two turns leading into his final Blade Dance (his last action), so be careful, there. Also, you should always S-Break after your turn, in which you should attack or heal.

I'm not sure if it always goes like this, so maybe someone can confirm if it played out the same way for him/her.
Two side-notes her: Around his 15th - 17th turn I was distracted and didn't see his attack, so it's possible that there was one turn where he used something else instead of attack, but if it's a set pattern it doesn't matter too much. I always took my turn as the first (since I got the first strike) of the round and if he got a double attack I marked my turn with "-" as skipped.
And this is exactly the kind of thing I hoped to see in this thread, heh! I was so caught up in deciding what the most efficient course of action was that I didn't notice his pattern. That's an amazing tip, and thank you for sharing it.
