Anything that modifies base stats works. So Carnage will increase her Strength and decrease her Defense, an Onyx Gem will increase her Speed. This is also true for accessories. A Tiger Heart will increase her Strength and Defense and a Fool's Emblem will increase her Speed.Exceptions to this is Movement and Range which are ignored.

Anything which isn't pure stats doesn't work. Among others that includes Physical, Soul, Gladiator items.

You can easily test this for yourself by trying an HP Quartz, by the way. Orbal Gear doubles HP. So if she has 14k without the HP Quartz and 28k with the Orbal Gear, the Quartz will push the Orbal Gear over 30k.

It's how I was able to confirm beyond a shadow of a doubt that it works on Stats.

Thanks. It's funny - the Orbal Gear turns her from being a relatively weak character to an absolute monster.

She is already one of the most powerful physical attackers in the game in The Third. They buffed her considerably from FC/SC where she, uh, is a character you use because you like having her around and not because she's good in a fight.

Tita is OP in all theee games. Always put her in party because of free AOE with blind/instadeath and good emergency AOE heal.

Tita progressively gets better in the Sky games. In the first game, she is only good in her own chapter and that is if you bother to get her best weapon in the Limestone Cave as soon as you recruit her. In the second game, she is great with her support and smoke cannon but lacks the firepower and HP needed against bosses. In 3rd, she is an absolute monster. Even base Tita can be a force to be reckoned with but Orbal Gear makes her one of the best characters in the game. She can deal 12K damage to an enemy if the enemy's defense is reduced with Enfeeble or something.
