What would happen if i replaced portal 2 executable with community executable and tried to run workshop map?
What would happen if i replaced portal 2 executable with community executable and tried to run workshop maps from portal 2 ?

...that's not how Source works. you can't run x86 applications with amd64 binaries on top

plus this is an entirely different branch of Source altogether. don't expect code from an engine branch dating back to approx. 2011 to somehow magically work on code from a far newer engine branch

Yes, and so should most HL2/Episodic/Portal maps.
