Custom In-Game FPS limit
Hi,

I would like to limit the game to 60 fps using the in-game settings. However as my monitor is a 144hz, the limit options are only multiples of this value, like 72 and 48. Here is why I would like to do it using the in-game settings:

- When limiting the fps via Nvidia and let the game to 144 Vsync Off in-game or forced On via Nvidia, the game is not 100% smooth as it is when using the in-game settings to limit my fps to 72 with Vsync On

- In large parks, I can't always keep 72 fps, but I can easily keep 60, so the in-game 72 fps cap is too high to be smooth in all cases. A Vsync on 72 fps is too ambitious for this kind of game.

- The in-game limit of 48 fps could work, but it is really straining my eyes to see all that blur when moving the camera

The problem is that in the game's settings file, there is no way to manually enter a value for the fps limiter, it is instead based on VSyncCount, with as option 1, 2, 3 or 4, which corresponds to your monitor's refresh rate divided by 1, 2, 3 or 4, and thus on a 144hz it is impossible to have 60 as an option.

The only way I could think of to get the value of 60 is to manually switch my monitor's refresh rate to 120hz or 60hz every time I want to play the game, and switch back afterwards. This is not a good option to me. Is there any other way I could get the game to internally limit the fps to 60?

Thanks
