Bobsled texture no longer transparent

Was playing some Parkitect and noticed that the track texture for the Bobsled coaster no longer seems to be transparent/translucent.

Is this a visual glitch or was this texture intentionally changed?

I have disabled all mods and it still happens.

Still doesn't look transparent. So don't see it.

You can see the individual ribs and spine of the track showing through the tube. It may not be transparent, but it is at least translucent. In my screenshot above, you cannot see anything through the track.
