Workshop / mods
I've been following this recently and it looks rather good, much better than what I first thought when I saw it ages ago. However one thing that I don't really like about it is the isometric view - the 45 degrees seems to be a little too much.

However I have found the below mod for the none steam version of the game:

https://parkitectnexus.com/assets/4dc5fa1919/better-perspective-camera

So my question - will this be in the workshop, or can this be used with the steam version of the game, and if so HOW do I install it?

Many thanks

For the release tomorrow we've only got Workshop support for sharing blueprints and savegames, not mods. You can use these mods with the Steam version though, it just requires using the ParkitectNexus client to install mods hosted on their site.

Thanks for the super quick response. Nice to see an active dev on the forum.

Much appreciated for confirming the nexus client will work, I'll look at downloading that to try.

All the best with the game!

@Sebioff In the future, we can download mods and stuff from Workshop in Steam? :)

Hope they do support it at some point, it's so much easier to sub/unsub when needed.

Yes, we want to support this in the future.

The whole point of the isometric is that it follows the simialr camera style as the glorious Rollercoaster Tycoon 1 and 2 made by Chris Sawyer

For the coastercam you need to go to Parkitect Nexus as in the workshop you will only get Blueprints or savegames.

Mods of ParkitectNexus don't work anymore in the Linux client. No matter if I use the Steam or non-Steam version.

It seems this is not only a problem of Nexus mods. I've subscribed to a mod of the Workshop, and that doesn't appear in the game either.

This is the mod I tried: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=678996432&searchtext=

can you post this in the bugs forum so we can take a look

My bad, I was looking in the Mods section of the settings. But it was in the blueprint section in the game menu. That's new in the game, since I played it last.
