Hate to beat a dead horse, but downloaded and started playing HoF2, and immediately noticed that the entirety of the game minus combat ran smooth as butter on ultra. The issue I faced was that in-combat, the game consistently kept lagging/stuttering to the point where combat was nigh impossible because I kept being unable to respond to dodge/counter prompts. I've got the game on my SSD, I've tried multiple graphics and monitor settings, even the forcecore startup command, and still nothing. Does anyone might know what's wrong, or am I just being a potato? I'm running a gtx 2080 ti, so I'm pretty sure that at least ain't my issue.
