Bug during using bounty mechanic with Keltuzath "The Haunted"

Here is the image, it was in the third level of "The Mapmaker", and i don't know what cause it:

This happend when aproaching him, the cause of the bounty was "killing a priest" or something, if that helps

PS: i did make another named bounty in the first level and no bounty in level two, there are also two tokens i obtain in this run (The Frozen North and the one of the Goblin Knifes), i don't believe nothing in the info on this PS is usefull to recreate the bug, but i add it still.

If you haven't run the game again since, it would be nice to get a copy of your game log and player profile. Instructions on where to find these are in the FAQ thread under "Where can I find my game log?" and "Where can I find my game profile?"
