Support Team,

I have been playing a long game in endless mode (I am at adventure 208) and the game has stopped saving my progress. For example, if I play from adventure 208 to adventure 212 and exit then the game will restart at my original position at adventure 208. The issue occurs even though I am playing the game online and the game seems to be functioning correctly. The only bug I have experienced in the endless run is that the game will hang if I try to give the Maiden the blessing to get the Elven Ring. As a result, I simply skip trying to give the blessing and take the resources the Maiden card gives.

Since I am running the game on a Windows 10 Dell computer that is less that three months old, I do not think the problem is on my end. But I would appreciate any help you can provide. I previously sent my issue (along with the output log and player file) to support on Sept 19th, but I have not heard back on the issue. Therefore, I thought I might follow up on the discussion board in case a player had heard of a fix. Any ideas would be appreciated.
