The Winds Return weapon info states in the Deatharang ability that catching the blade grants +10 Weapon Charge, but when used it only gives +7...and at that, it specifically sets the weapon charge to 7, not adding 7 to the current count. (using the ability, attacking with 2 hits, and then catching it puts the charge to 7 instead of 9)
