If you haven't tried running the game again since this happened, it'd be helpful to get a copy of those other files. Instructions on where to find them are in the FAQ thread under "Where can I find my game log?" and "Where can I find my game profile?"
My first impression from a quick glance would be that it's likely a video driver problem that could be resolved by reinstalling your drivers, but we had another crash report a little while back that seems to align with this, and that may be indicative of something bigger.
In the meantime, I'd be interested to know how frequently you've experienced crashes, and whether or not either of the following launch options improve the situation for you (note that they should not be used together):
