How do people have 1% in some achievements?

I'm trying to 100% the game, and can't seem to get the final two achievements. I looked on Global Leaderboard, and it shows at least 1% of the players have them. Did I miss something?

If you're talking about the achievements where you're supposed to complete all episodes at normal and hard difficulty, I'm afraid that 1.2% who got them are cheaters who used a program I won't name here. You can't complete these achievements because episodes 5 and 6 are not out.
