new episodes
I just beat the current game which is two episodes. I noticed there are other episodes as well that are locked. Will these be release for free or are they paid DLC?

There will be six episodes available in total through updates (no purchase required).

Is there a timeline for the release of the new episodes phime? Sorry if this is answered elsewhere...

The rough plan is a new epsiode every month to six weeks, but there is no strict timeline. We prefer fine tuning over chasing some deadline.
