Hello, I have the same issue on the upgrade screen.
Windows 10, I've tried multiple resolutions and safe mode, but just messing around on the upgrade console, it will eventually freeze the screen. Music keeps playing. Not using a gamepad only mouse and keyboard.

- Have you tried verifying the game files integrity in Steam?
- Does it happen every time you use the console?
- Does it happen on any specific screen?
- Do you have any mods active?
- Does it happen on older saves too?

Yes, also tried a complete uninstall and reinstall

Yes, after just clicking around on the screen it will eventually freeze. It does this in "safe mode" as well

Upgrades

No mods
- Does it happen on older saves too?
Yes all saves and tried starting new games as well

We will look into it, but I'm afraid it's likely that the file is somehow corrupted. If you have an older save to continue playing on, that will most likely be the only solution.

Hi I sent it a few weeks back from Tnong77@gmail.com. I've started several new games and older saves, but the issue comes back up about an hour in or so. It's probably a wasted effort to work on the saves, since it comes up in every new game I start. I could try it on some other hardware and see if it replicates.

i too had that problem when first started playing the game nothing fixed it on my end from memory , there was a problem with a quest markers for campaigns update that fixed that problem in my case maybe that is a place too start , its posable something was screwed up in other update ??
