[Suggetion] Sandbox Instant Build Toggle

It'd be nice to not have to sit and wait for a craft to build to test 1 small change

Yeah for a long time there was no way to build unit in second for quick test in sandbox map.

I just watched Youtube video when i built super heavy units for test.

You can speed up the production by 4x times by clicking the Boost Production button, but it's possible that it in future updates the boost speed could be increased even further to make the production instantaneous.
