No.

You don't lose items from using loot mod to regular no mod gameplay, not sure about the other thing but could be an issue on your end.

Thanks, sorry my post was a little confusing, I have a caps lock problem with my left hand, and have had to edit and re-enter some of the info. What I wanted to do was see if my crash on start up was related to the two mods I just recently installed, The Nargil66 costume mod, and the Loot+ plus experience. But I did not want to lose the gear and items I got from the Loot+ mod. So thanks for your info and help, I am going to give it a go and try removing them.
