In our game we show people suffering from diseases and in some cases traces of blood.

I think the screenshots alone would give you a fairly good idea. Most of them are a world map view, not hand to hand combat with swords and knives! The majority of the games ON Steam seem to be violent in some regard yet of all the forums I've participated in no one has ever asked to what extent that violence is. Human disease whether graphic or not is not violence and certainly finding a cure, which this game is all about, isn't either. Why the question?
