How do you win ebola virus in normal mode?
It has 4 moves!! Easy mode it only has 2 moves but in normal it has four , I have no way faster than it to reached the doom meter , and seems later it has 5 moves , thats so cheat

Make sure you start in san fransisco with either medic or diplomat and built an office in dallas your first turn, and then try to build another office as soon as possible

Work on pruning the virus (with treatment) instead of containing it until you have maximized your resource potential and your team. Get the 1st tech in the security tree and then work on going up the diplomacy tree.
