Is it the PC version of the board game Pandemie ?

so there's this board game, Pandemy, which is a blast to play, solo or in group as it is a cooperative game (you and your friends versus the virus) ; visually, quarantine looke a bit the same, the idea is similar, so i wondered if it was it?
and if yes: why isn't there a multiplayer mode?
and is this going to be implemented in the future?

i'll probably give it a go, i 'm still a bit on the hold due to some negative reviews

We have Pandemic here we love it, also the expansion into the brink

If you played Pandemic and liked it, I'd reccomend this game to you. Same, some similar mechanics but they are different games in terms of action economy and exactly how victory is achieved, amongst other mechanics
