Hello Directors! Update v0.1.2.0 is OUT NOW. We’ve introduced an ALL-NEW Ebola disease scenario, operative and event improvements and more! See below for more details. Download today and get to work.

Have you been holding out from taking the Director’s chair? Jump in now and save! Quarantine is 34% off for a limited time. With all new content and improvements, the time is NOW to take on outbreaks across the globe and save humanity!

Added New Disease Scenario – Ebola!
o Minimize fatalities across the globe as this real-world outbreak gains momentum and begins to spread in Africa
- New events
- Special starting conditions
- New map layout

New Operative Movement
o Many players suggested this change, and we agree! Operatives must now travel from city to city using movement points.
o Overall this should make operative & disease locations much more important, and add a new layer of strategy.
o To use an operative, first select an operative, then the target city (within range), then the operation.

Enhanced Events
o Lots of balance changes
o Event response options now show positive and negative effects. This should give you much better information before making a decision.

Improved Disease Visualization
o The new visualization shows:
- The origin city (“FROM”) and destination city (“TO”) during a disease spread action
- Attacks on quarantine zones
- General graphical improvements

New End of Turn Reminders
o At the end of the turn, you’ll be reminded if you still need to:
- Start a tech research
- Start a lab research (if you have enough samples)
- Give orders to idle operatives

Havn't yet had the opportunity to play much but just a couple of comments:

- love it! :-) the new movement mechanic is great and the new operative task selection graphic is also a great improvement. the old one was too large and the same size as the confirm screen so both that size were a little much

- the new 'disease is spreading' graphic is great!

- i think the mutation progress graphic is new, not 100% sure, but it's a nice, and fitting, addition

- no new techs :-( (but hoping for a few more next time)

- thought i read there was a new type of operative but didn't see it

- not a big deal and i can live with it but the zoom in camera (mouse wheel) isn't smooth, seems jerky. have an overpowered MSI gaming computer so i don't think it's me.

- during the tutorial, operative picture in lower left on the world map is black and white. should be in color and (luckily) it is in the real game

the zoom in 'stutter' may just be because of the size of the map so again, not a big deal but would be nice if it were more fluid. but, all in all, a great update to a great game. all the changes i've seen so far are for the better and additional content is always welcome! thanks for the great job!

and one question: i think i recall it's random but one of my medics had twice as many "hit points" (those hash marks beneath their picture) as the rest and one scientist only had like 8 or quite fewer than anyone else. so, is this just random as to how many hit points they start with?

Hi devxx.

Glad to see you are enjoying our game and thank you for your feedback! If you have any suggestions feel free to use our suggestion forum.

Regarding the "hit points", at the moment we are using them as a tradeoff against high movement speed. In general, you will see that operatives with high movement speed will have fewer hit points as compared to operatives of the same class with less movement speed.
