There was a Quarantine already... about a taxi.

Is there no legal problem by naming this game like that awesome game?

I got surprised when I saw Quarantine here on Steam as well, as I fondly remember the old Quarantine (taxi game) which was made by GameTek around 1994. GameTek went bankrupt and the assets ended up owned by Take 2 Interactive.

My first thought when i saw this game was a eerily similar looking boardgame by the name of pandemic by ZMan

Same here and I love Pandemic :)
Quarantine has some similarities, like disease spreading only to connected cities, it pretty much plays like a board game from what I've seen so far.

For juuust a moment there I thought one of my favorite games from my childhood had gotten a re-make.
But no. No futuristic hover-taxi, no city with a population gone insane, and no roof-mounted minigun.
