So I may get some boos for this, but I'd like to see some $cost for the Treat and Sample actions, say $5-10k or so? Or maybe just have all the costs (Office and Quarantine) be the same as well, with discounts for higher level operatives, like the Diplomat does already (Presuming you're the class associated with the action.)
