i just assume you are talking about the achievements which can be unlocked by playing matchmaking

The game isn't dead, but most players prefer server browser to matchmaking. Matchmaking was a recent addition that was just tacked on. I refuse to use it personally.

When I look at global there are a bunch at 0% without descriptions

Those are legit, working achievements, people just not going for them.

Im not sure why it shows 0%, but probably because the real number is below 1%, like 0.1%.

Played for four hours or so at around 6-7pm GMT, its the only time they really play
