Game always stuck on downloading mods
All mods are downloaded to 100% (verified in console) and loading a map stays stuck on Downloading Mods

Any ideas?

Try disabling all mods and try again.
If it works, re-enable a few mods you want at a time until you know what is causing the problem.

If it doesn't help try to open NS2 Workshop then open "Subscibed items" and then press button "Unsubscribe From All"

I've got hundreds of hours in this game. Only recently becoming an issue.
