I want to learn to play. I played a bit a couple years ago, and I loved the game. I just didn't have the patience for the learning curve. After playing ♥♥♥♥ games like CoD, Battlefield, and Rust, I want to get back to the truly unique experience that this game offers.

Is there a good training regimen of which you guys are aware? I know if I jump back in, green as hell, it's going to piss off a lot of people.

Just try and play sometime on the weekend or friday night when theres more. Always use server browser and there are a couple noob friendly servers that are consistently populated but easy to join. some smurfs here and there but a surprising number of new players.

The matched play servers also use skill level to match players. I recommend playing on community servers until you have levelled up a bit :-)

Dude it's a video game just play, if you aren't having fun then it's fine to play something else lol.

Catering exclusively to matched play and not integrating combat like NS1 helped to kill the game. Newbies love playing in big player count matches where they can learn the game without adversely impacting the team.

And I was still more entertaining that the whole game of NS2! Glad to see you moved on to games that arent dead yet :) Must be tough to have a personality based around being serious in video games hahahaha

Dude it's a video game just play, if you aren't having fun then it's fine to play something else lol.
