Back Alley Sentries Working without Power
I was able to cheese and build sentries first and protect phase gate getting built
without power up yet.

Notice the phase gate is still not functioning after getting built due to not having power yet.
Sentries are working and still firing at enemies.

I'm not a hacker and this is bug report

sentries are intended to work without room power, they have a sentry battery
