Developes intentionally did not make any statements regarding how Subnautica pathogen called Kharaa and NS2 aliens called Kharaa connects and even does that connect in any extent.

Other references are TSF marine forces and maybe Alterra corp (not sure but all references to Alterra in NS2 is fun-made actually).

Most probably it was just UWE's tribute to their previous main project. As far as I remember they did not mention any new references in Below Zero. No extra meaning here and no plans to create more connections between both franchise.

Well they did intentionally change the pathogen from carar to kharaa in early subnautica updates, i don't see it any other way than to link the two universes together, i'd liked to see them go further in that endeavor

so, to answer your question: the game is not yet born, the word of the beginning, did not yet sound. So its still in devine creation, so its not yet to be touched by anybody.
those who do, also know what the price is. You can see, they cant even pay the "doll" (>dollar) of the true surject, is still in the creation process.
so, would they now meet the truth, in a touch of any kind, it would be devastating; so as its not good, we dont do this at this point.

and without the truth, there is also not the power of truth going with it yet. Others already have. and now lets see, who is succesful as we dont cut freedom, who already enaged/succeeded truth. THats a trade, america wanted. so ... lets see what comes.

we feel its phenomenal; so much excited about the come! All the years! Im sure we will not let you wait forever. if devs are too slow, others will substitate them.
