Same here, They keep telling me to do stuff im already trying to do, and sometimes getting immediately ejected in less than 24 Seconds of the Match starting, on a noob friendly server also... There are some people who help me out as commander, Im not complaining about them, They have given me useful tips like 2 Arms lab, placement reccomendations etc... But These people do in fact exist every darn game, its unplayable

and then cry when no one wants to play the role. How can there ever be more commander players if you don't give people a chance to learn the role. anyway, dead game

backseat commanding isn't good or bad on its own, if you're doing a bad job or making bad decisions and the "backseat commander" gives you better decisions then it's obviously positive. in the latter video in OP the commander being backseat commanded is a turkish t1 commander. not a good example for you

The true test of a good commander is can he distinguish and listen to a person who might be right but also toxic and take his recommendation even though that person is a ♥♥♥♥. Most people are too stupid to distill down a good idea from the terrible packaging of the idea, like a guy saying, "Hey ♥♥♥♥ for brains put a phase gate here and we can backdoor the enemy," Toxic, obviously, but great idea, probably. A crappy commander will just be like ♥♥♥♥ you and ignore them, but a good commander will be like great idea.
I often play noob servers and often there are terrible commanders on noob servers obviously. I often am screaming at the commander to do something, or asking him why he did something stupid. I generally get players who start crying about my screaming at the commander, and rarely do I get players realizing this guy will actually make me a better commander if I listen to him.

Sure, keep an open mind that even the complete fu cking ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ might be right and preferring to lose the game for your team rather than listenening to him makes you equally terrible as the toxic guy. Being wrong in a different way is still being wrong.

First of all, your message boils down to "do what the toxic person says" because a new player will not know if what they are suggesting is the right thing to do.
Secondly, that would be rewarding toxic behaivour, which will most likely lead to that person repeating said behaviour.
Third, games are supposed to be fun, in this one specifically you have fun by collaborating with your teammates, if one of your teammates is toxic, it can ruin the experience for everyone, best case scenario is you're that guy thinking "at least it isn't me the one being yelled at".
