The whole anti-gun thing is ridiculous in the fact I'm pretty sure it was one person that was like that and they from what I recall aren't a part of anything uwe anymore. Their latest game moonbreaker has guns XP. I also believe the ns ip is owned by other people now not too sure tho.

Ok, no guns, then what about words? they are the sword of the mind. Let's imagine NS3 has a full team of marine sendings words to aliens in order to kill em. Like, little words like a small laser post sent by a word sender machine,

then, everyone would be happy. Word grenades, word lazers, word flames (are flames a gun? I mean, it's like a portative BBQ) etc.

I agree, something like that. I play on EU and US servers from morning to night overnight. It can be played nonstop. It bothers me more when the servers are full and there are 20 people watching others play instead of starting a new server. :-)

Someone could buy the rights for the game and make it themselves. Its just a matter of a developer/publisher to see enough value in it.
