How Do I Change the Bot Difficulty (Build 344)?

I played this game a year or two ago, there was an option to change the difficulty of the bots, but now, after so many updates that changed the game, including the main menu, I don't see that option anymore. Was it removed?

Yes, but difficult adjastment still possible with workshop mods

What?! Why did they remove it? Why remove a feature that was once in a game?! This reminds me of the whole "Valve removed bots from Counter-Strike 1.6" all over again back in the day, it's just stupid. Any mods that let you tweak the bots' difficulty or perhaps restore the Easy, Normal and Hard difficulty options?
